Raw Luak Coffee beans (still in wet dump form) that we offer are acquired from North Sumatra and Aceh coffee farm.

The condition of Luak Coffee beans that are found are not always in a pile form, because it is often found separated from t`he beginning, also when they are carried from the forest to the process, are certainly having bumps while on the way.
Fresh Luak Coffee beans are odorless, not like other animal droppings generally. The odor of fresh Luak Coffee is more like fermented foods.
On the pile of Luak Coffee, if we examine properly, we can find rimbang seeds, banana seeds, papaya seeds, guava seeds. But the amount of those seeds is about 5-10% and coffee beans are the rest.
The condition of raw Luak Coffee beans is often mixed with a little dirt. The best of raw Luak Coffee beans are found not more than four days in the open. If it's more than four days the quality will reduce gradually and after one week the beans will start to sprout. We only process new & fresh Luak Coffee beans which are found not more than 3 days in the open area.
Raw beans of Luak Coffe won't be cleaned-up rightaway. Instead, we will dry them under the sun or swirl them to protect from the growing of spoor that might decrease the quality of beans. After cleaned-up, the coffee beans should be dried under the sun until percentage of the water in the bean is about 30%.

After being dried, the shells are peeled up to get the whole coffee beans. Then the beans are dried again until the containing water reaches 13%. This is the ideal condition before the beans are roasted.

The beans are packed immediately after roasting and cooling process.
